A solemn act founding a Ukrainian-Italian institution for culture, art and cooperation. Signed in Rome on 28 April 2026 at the “European Dialogue: Culture. Cooperation. Future” forum.
The Charter is open for signature: any institution, organisation or individual who shares its principles can endorse it.
