Organisational meeting of the course — Monday 29 December at 20:30
The National Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy (CNAUI) is closing enrolment for its new INSIEME training course (“Together”) — a programme to train community advisers on immigration, social protection and integration.
The registration deadline is Sunday 28 December 2025.
We are not only training mediators who can help Ukrainians in Italy find their way through complex administrative procedures:
applying for a residence permit, registering residence, filing a disability (invalidità civile) claim, obtaining social benefits, ISEE, employment contracts and much more
— we are training coordinators of international cooperation.
We are building a team of people who can do more than give advice: they will build partnerships between Ukraine and Italy, coordinate joint projects and work with public administrations, educational institutions, cultural centres and civil society organisations. Our graduates will be able to join international programmes, take part in interregional initiatives, support twinning agreements, organise educational, cultural and social projects, and represent the Ukrainian community at official meetings and forums. It is a path to becoming true partnership coordinators — people able to bring together the cities, schools, communities and institutions of the two countries for the sake of development, support and peace.
Training starts in January 2026
Group A
– Theory: January – May 2026
– Practice: February – May 2026
Group B
– Theory: January – December 2026
– Practice: February 2026 – June 2027
The course is entirely free of charge and is based on the principles of volunteering.
Once the training is complete, participants will be able to help Ukrainians in Italy, working as a team and sharing their knowledge within the community.
First meeting — 29 December at 20:30
On Monday we will hold the first meeting of the course.
Every registered participant will receive:
– the schedule of theory classes
– the structure of the practical modules
– information on the thematic blocks
– the chance to put questions to the coordinators
The practical sessions will be shaped by your requests — we want the training to be as useful and hands-on as possible.
Each month we will study 4 key areas:
– CAF and Patronato
– The administrative system of the Italian Republic
– Migration issues
– The legal foundations of the Ukrainian State
Weekly meetings will be held on Wednesdays or Thursdays, by prior arrangement.
The National Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy is not just a civic organisation but a platform for international cooperation that brings together people, institutions and ideas. We want to widen your opportunities to take an active part in public life, so that everyone can not only receive support but also become the one who gives it. We open the door to new knowledge, partnerships and projects in which your involvement carries real weight. Here you can prove yourself, influence the development of the community, build ties between Ukraine and Italy, and become part of a large international network that makes change happen.
As of 23 December, the National Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy is working with more than 250 local administrations in Ukraine within the “Brotherhood Across Borders” project.
Course participants will also be able to join:
the “100×100: Bridges of Education” project, which today includes more than 280 Ukrainian educational institutions
“Un Ponte di Colori” — more than 100 artists and creative communities
