Ukrainian art at the TIPS4UA initiative: the “Luci dell’Arte” exhibition at the European Parliament Office in Rome

As part of the international project TIPS4UA (“Five Italian Municipalities Standing with Ukraine”), officially launched in the municipality of Collevecchio, the Ukrainian community and Ukrainian artists in Italy are presenting a special cultural programme.

A key component of this solidarity and cultural initiative is the art exhibition “Luci dell’Arte” (“Lights of Art”). The exhibition is organised by the Department of Culture of the National Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy (CNAUI) and curated by Olena Hromova, president of the association “Un Ponte di Colori”.

The exhibition is being held at a prestigious venue: the European Parliament Office in Italy, in Rome, which bears the name of David Sassoli.

Art as a bridge of solidarity and hope

The “Luci dell’Arte” exhibition brings together talented Ukrainian artists: Liudmyla Horbachyk, Maryna Kurovska, Nataliia Morzhuk, Olena Hromova and Niko Strus.

From 23 to 25 September, everyone will have the opportunity to see the works of these Ukrainian artists, which show that even in the hardest of times art remains a source of light, unity and mutual understanding between peoples.

Holding the exhibition at the David Sassoli European Parliament Office underlines Europe’s unwavering support for Ukraine and the importance of intercultural dialogue.

The organisers extend their sincere gratitude to the Italian municipalities taking part in the TIPS4UA project, to the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI) and to the European Parliament for their support of Ukrainian artists and their solidarity with the Ukrainian people.
