Memorandum of Cooperation between Truskavets City Council and the Congress
On 13 March the Mayor of Truskavets, Andrii Kulchynskyi, and Honorary Board Member of the National Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy (CNAUI) Vadym Sydiachenko signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between Truskavets City Council and the Congress. The event marks a new stage in the development of interregional ties between Ukraine and Italy.
The Memorandum provides for stepping up cooperation in the cultural, economic and social spheres and for launching joint projects and initiatives to strengthen ties between cities. Particular attention will be paid to building partnerships at local level, which will foster the integration of cultural values and the exchange of experience between communities in the two countries.
International cooperation between cities plays a key role in strengthening friendship and understanding between peoples. Initiatives of this kind not only bring cultural and economic enrichment but also open up new horizons for opportunity and shared development.
This cooperation is a vivid example of how city-to-city partnerships can serve as a bridge between Ukraine and Italy, strengthening international relations and supporting the development of civil society. The National Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy now acts as an ambassador for the town of Truskavets.
