Lara Levchun, President of the Coordination Centre of Ukrainian Associations, took part in the National Conference of Ukrainian Diaspora Associations (Conferenza Nazionale delle Associazioni della Diaspora Ucraina) organised by the IOM. Founded in 1951, the IOM is the leading intergovernmental organisation in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners.
More than 20 Ukrainian associations in Italy joined the meeting, getting to know one another, exchanging experience and sharing ideas and projects.
Events like this are important for bringing the Ukrainian diaspora in Italy together.
