Regulations

Article 1 – PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION

Participation is free of charge and open to all artists and art lovers.

Registration must be completed by 12 November 2025 by filling in the online form and accepting all of its terms.

Article 2 – TERMS

Theme: Peace and the Future

Participants must deliver their works on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 (unless a different time is agreed with the project curators) to Piazza Venezia 6 C, Rome, where they will be handed over for the setting-up of the exhibition.

Works must be supplied with stands of any type.

Dimensions of works: minimum 50 × 50 cm; maximum 100 × 100 cm.

Number of works: 1–2.

Exhibition opening hours: 10:00 to 19:00.

If a work is donated to the project, an official confirmation will be issued.

Article 3 – RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTICIPANTS

Each participant bears civil and criminal liability for their own works and releases the organisers from any liability.

Article 4 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS AND THEIR TERMS

Participation in the exhibition implies unconditional acceptance of all the provisions of these regulations.

The organisers reserve the right to amend these regulations in order to improve the running of the event. Any such changes will be communicated in good time.

Each author, as the holder of all rights to their original works, is personally responsible for the works submitted.

Participants release the organising secretariat from any liability for possible damage to the works during the exhibition.

I, the author of the artworks presented as part of the “Bridge of Colours” project and other initiatives promoted by the association, hereby:

AUTHORISE Ms Larysa Levchun, President of the association “National Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy APS”, as organiser of the project and of the related cultural events, to:

• ✓exhibit the said works in physical and virtual spaces;
• ✓photograph and reproduce the works for informational, editorial and institutional purposes;
• ✓publish images of the works in digital and print media, including the website, social media, press releases, catalogues, brochures and promotional materials;
• ✓include the images in publications related to the project and in future initiatives connected with it.

Article 5 – PRIVACY NOTICE

PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003 ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Please note that, pursuant to Art. 10 of Law No. 675/96 “Protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data”, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, the provision of personal data and consent to their processing are necessary conditions for participation in the exhibition.
