Rallies in support of Ukraine held in Italy on 24–25 February

Congress#Main events

On 24 and 25 February rallies were held across Italy, reaching southern cities such as Bari, Palermo, Reggio Calabria, Catania, Syracuse, Crotone, Trapani, Lamezia Terme and Salerno, Milan and Florence further north, and Cagliari in Sardinia.

To mark the second anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the rallies were organised by the member associations of the Coordination Centre of Ukrainian Associations (COORDINAMENTO UNITARIO), in cooperation with Italian associations.

They drew large crowds who stood up for the principles of peace and freedom, condemning Russian aggression and voicing their support for Ukraine’s independence and territorial integrity.
