The first VIRTUAL exhibition of Ukrainian art in Rome

11 July, in the heart of Italy: Rome

In Rome, during the URC 2025 conference, as part of the event organised by the Recovery and Development Agency, “Think Locally, Act Together! The Power of Civil Society and Partnerships for Ukraine’s Recovery”, the exhibition “Un Ponte di Colori” (“A Bridge of Colours”) presented works by Ukrainian women artists who were forced to leave their homes and now live in Italy.

“Un Ponte di Colori”, a young and promising project of Ukrainian art abroad created with the support of the National Congress of Ukrainian Associations in Italy (CNAUI), impressed audiences with its unusual format and depth of content.

A unique multimedia format

This was the first presentation of an innovative multimedia project bringing together Ukrainian artists, emotion and technology in a 360° format.

The paintings came to life on a screen with circular projection, immersing viewers in a living stream of colours, shapes and meanings. The space became a canvas where art was not merely displayed — it was breathed.
