Liudmyla is a gifted and highly original Ukrainian painter who has won international recognition for her ability to convey deep emotion through art.
Today the artist lives in Italy, in the town of Cento, near Ferrara.
An extraordinary artistic journey
- – More than 20 solo exhibitions in Ukraine and the USA.
- – 10 group exhibitions in Ukraine and Poland.
- Her works are held in 13 museums in Ukraine, the USA and Poland, as well as in numerous private collections in countries such as Italy, France, Germany and Japan.
Liudmyla’s paintings explore important social themes and are executed in her distinctive floral technique. At the heart of many of her works is the image of woman as a symbol of beauty, strength and courage. During the war her works have found a new life as calendars, silk scarves and clothing, carrying a universal message of faith, hope and love.
